Exchange Policy

"Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please send an email to contact@bloomeen.com with an attached photo of the product"

Our exchange policy only applies if you received defective, damaged, or wrong products. For exchanges due to size issues, processing fee of Rs.150 will be applied.

We have a 3-day Exchange policy, which means you have 3  days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an email regarding reversal order.

Please note that for non-available pincodes for reversal pickups, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your exchange, please contact us at contact@bloomeen.com.

 

Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at contact@bloomeen.com with your order ID and the reason. For Cancellation within 24 hours, so we can process your request. Note that cancellations must be raised from the same account used when placing your order.

"Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled".

Refund:

We do not have a replacement or refund policy for correctly delivered orders. If you choose to return the product, we will give you a store credit which can be used toward any future purchase on our site.
